Break free with 10 in Jin Shin Jyutsu

Making a new beginning can sometimes be challenging. When we’re bound up with the past and self-doubt, we’re less open to new things. 10 in Jin Shin Jyutsu helps us to receive abundance.

In theory, great! But, are we really ready? Sometimes self-doubt, self-limiting beliefs can get in the way.

There is so much good available to all of us – when we’re open to it.

It helps us to begin new cycles and helps us to breathe more freely. It helps us to see the abundance in our lives and the universe.

Where does SEL10 live on the body?

Safety energy locks 10 are located on the back – right in the area of the lungs. There is one on the left, and one on the right. More specifically, they are halfway down the shoulder blade.

This area is so important that JSJ practitioners have three special flows in their toolbox. They help with transitions to new cycles, breathing, and even seeing new things in your life. Often, when you receive a session, there will be a 10 flow included.

If you can’t make it to a session, you can help yourself. The relationships between the front and back of the body mean that you can hold the SEL13 on the front of the body. Also, you can hold your index finger.
