From Chaos to Serenity with Jin Shin Jyutsu

Going about our days,

we sometimes find ourselves in chaos,

filled with energetic zips and spurts and unease.

For me, my physical body reminding me to breathe,

reminding me to practice Jin Shin Jyutsu.

Whether I gently hold my fingers or follow the sequence of a flow,

the breath and Jin Shin Jyutsu return me to harmony and serenity.

We can all practice the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu by using self-help.
