Updated July 2022 – stress relief is still needed even after the exams
Exams were just around the corner in June. We’ve had so much chaos in the news due to politics, economic concerns, and housing crises. But, of course, the stress continues – from day-to-day concerns, from the change of life, and from changing phases in our careers and family development.
I’ve recently offered 30 days of tips to ease stress and anxiety – each tip is a hold from Jin Shin Jyutsu. It’s something you can do to ease your stress. It is a good starting point. If you find it useful, consider taking the larger step of getting extra support so that your stress relief will last more than a day or a moment.
