There are many more stories of people who are feeling much better through Jin Shin Jyutsu. We can receive the benefits by receiving treatments and by practicing self-care.

For example, I have recovered from a very difficult time in my life and now enjoy: improved blood results, improved flexibility, decreased pain and tension, greater serenity, and increased understanding about cosmic energy. My life has been transformed!

I realised that harmony is within our reach. Through Jin Shin Jyutsu I discovered how to improve my health – when conventional medicine offered no answers to resolve my health issues. I’d always gone to the doctors and followed their instructions. Unfortunately, I was just getting by with my health. This led me to be more open to complementary therapies. I explored healing through counseling, Reiki, EFT, and kinesiology, and aromatherapy. Each of these modalities offered some help and potential for healing and increased harmony. And yet, something was missing until I discovered Jin Shin Jyutsu.
