Online sessions are a great way to receive the benefits of Jin Shin Jyutsu from the safety and comfort of your own home. We are connected through a video link and this is your dedicated time.
You can choose between two options: distance sessions and guided self-help sessions.
You simply relax in your own home. You can still receive the benefits of Jin Shin Jyutsu. You might wonder what it’s like though. There are three parts to your session
- We begin with a chat about your current concerns.
- You rest and relax while Jackie gently moves your energies by following the holds on the proxy. Full sequences are done with attention to your needs along the energetic pathways.
- We wrap up with tips for you to extend the benefits of the session.
After the session, you may want to rest a bit and then resume your normal day.
Guided self-help sessions
We practice together. Jackie shows the holds, you follow along on your own body.
Some frequent questions are:
- where do I put my hand?
- can I do something else – it’s not comfortable
- how does this help me?
In these sessions we go through the hand positions that will help you most with your current concerns AND to increase your general well being.
