The energetic pathways in our bodies renew and resource us all the time. Sometimes, our energy isn’t functioning as well as it might. Studying these pathways reveals ways to feel better. Practitioners who have studied for years can help improve your energy flow AND you can improve your energy flow. The same principles come into play whether you’ve studied for years or are new to this.
Amazingly, we can access perfect harmony by simply placing our hands on our bodies. Following 7 easy steps help us feel better and helps our bodies to function better. These are the self care/self help version of a longer flow done by practitioners. I include a short form in every session.
The Main Central flow brings us back to our centre.
In both cases (at a deeper level), it helps connect us with the universal energy, and helps us find a perfect rhythm.
The power of touch helps decrease stress, increase our immunity, and lower blood pressure. Jiro Murai discovered the energetic pathways in our body – the main pathway is called the main central. (The full name is Main Central Vertical Harmonizing Energy Universal). You may have already experienced the magic of this sequence – or you may be new to it. I find something new each time I follow the sequence.
When practicing on yourself – for starters – remember to trust your feelings, trust your body, trust your intuition. A good indicator is feeling relaxed – simply hold each step until you relax. You may even sense a gentle rhythmic pulsation within your body. This is the perfect rhythm that we all have. This perfect rhythm is always there – even if we’re not aware of it.
General tips as you explore the Main Central
- hold each step as long or short as you like.
- try out the complete sequence of all 7 steps, or
- try just one or two – whichever your body seems to need. For example, if you need help with your spine, maybe focus on Step 6.
- If all these steps seem like too much – just hold the centre of your palm – it helps everything in your being.
When should I practice the Main Central?
It’s good to practice is on a regular basis; it helps to keep our energies flowing freely. Every day, in the morning I practice this self-help – the Main Central. In addition, I often practice it again after going to bed in the evening.
Sometimes, I add a step or two to my day if I’m feeling out of sorts. In the evening, many times I complete part of the flow, but fall asleep. This is okay. Our bodies already know how to be well – trust your intuition.
Steps to the Main Central
These steps are easy to do. As you hold the hand position (whether it’s step 1, step 5, or all of them) notice how you’re feeling. You may find that you have some or all of the benefits listed in that step. Sometimes, you may find that you have other benefits beyond those that are listed.
