Online sessionsOnline session are a great way to receive the benefits of Jin Shin Jyutsu from the safety and comfort of your own home. We are connected through a video link and this is your dedicated time. You can choose between two options: distance sessions and guided self-help sessions.
Distance SessionsDistance sessions allow you to simply relax and receive the benefits of Jin Shin Jyutsu. There are three parts to your session
- We begin with a chat about your current concerns.
- You rest and relax while Jackie gently moves your energies by following the holds on the proxy. Full sequences are done with attention to your needs along the energetic pathways.
- We wrap up with tips for you to extend the benefits of the session.
Guided self-help sessions
Guided self-help sessions we practice together. Jackie shows the holds, you follow along on your own body.
