Transforming Stress to Serenity
Welcome to this safe space as you explore a new way to feel better.

I’m Jackie McGloughlin, an acupressure therapist, who supports women as they manage their stress and health conditions so they can step back into their lives.
Welcome to the first step on your journey with Jin Shin Jyutsu.
Jin Shin Jyutsu offers a way to balance your energies and to facilitate your body’s natural healing processes. I can help you with this.
You may be seeking something new, something to help, something that resonates with your intuition.

Many people find great relief and benefits with Jin Shin Jyutsu. It’s a great way to let go of stress and tension.
You can experience increased energy, well-being, and relaxation.
We have wonderful options to support this transformation. We can:
- receive sessions from trained practitioners
- help ourselves by placing our own hands on specific places on our bodies to harmonise our energy
Sessions from trained practitioners
As a trained practitioner, I use a light touch during the sessions. You’ll receive personalised sets of flows based on your needs. The sessions support your good health – mind, body and spirit.
Self-help sessions
You can help yourself anywhere and anytime. When busy, simply place your hands on the parts of your body as indicated. When more time is available, you can use the extended sequences. Jin Shin Jyutsu includes a in-built wise intelligence with the hold sequences. You need not have an in-depth understanding of the wise intelligence.
If you’re inspired to improve your life and learn more –
you’re very welcome to start on this path. Maybe you’ve already found benefits with other complementary therapies, and would like to try something new. There are so many options –
- you can come for a session
- read about the history of Jin Shin Jyutsu
- access one of the many books published
- watch a video about self-care/self-help
Or, if you’re a bit like me, maybe you’re called to do all these things.

Jin Shin Jyutsu® is an ancient art from Japan. The name translates to
The Art of the Creator through the Person of Knowing and Compassion.
