Sessions from trained practitioners

Trained practitioners give sessions to people using a light touch. These sessions include personalised sets of flows based on the individual’s needs. The sessions support the person good health – mind, body and spirit.

Self-help sessions

You can help yourself anywhere and anytime. When busy, simply place your hands on the parts of your body as indicated. When more time is available, you can use the extended sequences. Jin Shin Jyutsu includes a in-built wise intelligence with the hold sequences. You need not have an in-depth understanding of the wise intelligence.
