A. Not at all. This workshop is good for complete beginners. I’ll guide you step-by-step through each practice. There’s no priority experience needed, and nothing mystical – just practical tools you’ll learn on the spot.

A. Definitely. All practices can be adapted to what your body can do. I’ll offer modifications throughout, and you’re welcome to skip anything that doesn’t feel right. This is about working with your body, not forcing things.

A. You’ll have access to the recording. Work through the workshop in your own time, at your own pace. The workbook and meditations will support your personal practice.

A. In a 1:1 session, we’re working with your specific health patterns and tailoring everything to your needs. In this workshop, you’re learning core practices you can use independently. It’s a bit like building your toolbox. Many people do both – 1:1 sessions for personalised support and workshops for self-empowerment tools.

A. Some people feel immediate shifts; others notice changes over the following days. Healing isn’t always fireworks and big moments. Often it’s subtle – a bit more sleep, slightly less tension, a quieter mind. The workbook includes tips for noticing the small shifts.
