Jin Shin Jyutsu is a holistic gentle energy therapy that calms your mind, relaxes your body and soothes your soul. You can receive sessions from a trained practitioner, like Jackie. You can also learn how to help yourself (self-care) with simple holds that you can do anytime, anywhere.
